Terms of Service

These Terms are between the person or organisation using TaskTraQ and Ferhat Canberk Döğer, trading as Kortex Bilişim, the provider of TaskTraQ.

By using TaskTraQ, you agree to these Terms.

Service

TaskTraQ provides service-desk, ticketing, project and task management, team communication, customer portal, knowledge-base and related business-workflow functionality.

TaskTraQ is designed primarily for businesses and professional use.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information,
• protecting your credentials,
• activity performed through your account,
• notifying TaskTraQ of suspected unauthorised access.

Organisation administrators

Organisation administrators may manage their organisation's users, permissions, projects, customer relationships and service-desk configuration.

If you use TaskTraQ through an employer or customer organisation, that organisation's administrators may access or manage work-related data connected to your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use TaskTraQ to:

• violate applicable law,
• gain unauthorised access,
• distribute malware,
• send abusive or unlawful spam,
• infringe third-party rights,
• disrupt the service,
• bypass access controls,
• probe or exploit TaskTraQ infrastructure without authorisation.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you submit or for which you hold the relevant rights.

You grant TaskTraQ the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and technically transform that content solely to operate and provide the service.

TaskTraQ does not claim ownership of Customer Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to submit and process information placed in TaskTraQ.

Free and paid services

TaskTraQ may provide a free plan subject to published usage limits.

Enterprise or paid services may be governed by a separate quotation, order or agreement.

Features and limits may change over time. Where practical, TaskTraQ aims to provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes.

Changes to the service

Features may be added, modified or discontinued.

Changes required for security, legal compliance or urgent technical reasons may be made without advance notice.

Availability

TaskTraQ aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Maintenance, infrastructure failures, internet problems, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control may result in temporary interruption.

API and webhooks

API credentials and webhook secrets must be kept confidential.

API or webhook functionality must not be used to compromise security, circumvent restrictions or create unreasonable load.

Mobile applications

TaskTraQ mobile applications may also be subject to relevant Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and do not provide the TaskTraQ service.

Intellectual property

TaskTraQ software, design, branding, source code and TaskTraQ-created materials remain the property of the operator or applicable rights holders.

No ownership of the software is transferred under these Terms.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary because of:

• a serious security risk,
• unlawful activity,
• material breach of these Terms,
• activity that threatens the service or other users.

You may request closure of your account.

Deletion

Account-deletion requests can be submitted using the Privacy Choices and Account Deletion page.

Deletion of an entire customer organisation may be requested only by an appropriately authorised organisation administrator or rights holder.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TaskTraQ is provided on an as-available basis and does not guarantee a particular commercial result, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost anticipated savings or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

Subject to any mandatory rules that must apply, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
