Where possible, contact us from the email address associated with your TaskTraQ account.

You may request:

• access to your personal information,
• correction,
• a copy of your information,
• deletion of your account,
• deletion of eligible personal information,
• objection to certain processing,
• withdrawal of consent where applicable.

For account deletion, use the subject:

We may request reasonable verification before processing a deletion request.

Deletion of an entire customer organisation and its associated business data can only be requested by an authorised organisation administrator or rights holder.

Certain records may be retained when required for:

• legal obligations,
• security,
• fraud and abuse prevention,
• dispute resolution.

Deleted information may also remain temporarily in backups until the normal backup cycle expires.
